Key Responsibilities
- Veeva Quality Vault experience and support for end users in deployment.
- WalkMe experience in content development.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture, system administration, security, and procedures across the Veeva Vault Platform.
- Support assigned development activities for the Veeva Vault implementation under leadership of the client Quality Veeva team.
- Coordinate with Business Analysts to define business requirements, ensuring IT security and Data Integrity needs are met.
- Collaborate with the Validation team to prepare Regulatory Applicability and Risk Assessment documents.
- Document specifications, user stories, and perform technical feasibility analysis.
- Perform Veeva environment management and support system configuration.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations to automate workflows and ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
Required Skills
- Strong experience configuring and customizing Veeva Vault applications to client-specific needs.
- In-depth experience with Veeva Vault Quality, especially QMS/QualityDocs.
- Certified and experienced in GxP-regulated environments (highly preferred).
- Capable of designing, building, and deploying Veeva Vault workflows, metadata structures, and security settings.
- Integration experience with enterprise systems like SAP and Salesforce using APIs, SOAP, and REST.
- Proficient in XML, SQL, Java, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Proven track record of delivering cloud-based solutions.
- Familiar with SDLC and delivery of GxP Validated systems.
- Bonus: Veeva QMS Certification.
