Description
Purpose
Master Data Configuration Team Members are responsible for the accurate configuration, maintenance, and management of serialization master data for the client’s SKUs across global markets.
They ensure that serialization systems (SAP ATTP, PTTS, ICH) are properly updated and compliant with regulatory requirements, supporting both ongoing operations and new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of serialization master data across all relevant systems (SAP ATTP, PTTS, ICH).
- Support configuration requests, master data updates, and new SKU launches in alignment with global mandates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement configuration changes.
- Maintain compliance with internal standards and country-specific regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and support business continuity through proactive risk management.
Top 3 Primary Tasks (Daily or Regular)
- Execute and Maintain Serialization Master Data Updates
- Receive, review, and implement master data changes and configuration requests for Client SKUs in serialization systems.
- Support New Product Launches and Mandate Implementations
- Gather required data, configure new SKUs, and ensure systems are updated for new launches and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate and Troubleshoot Data Issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve master data issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Experience with serialization systems (SAP ATTP, PTTS, ICH).
- Strong understanding of master data management principles and processes.
- Ability to interpret and implement regulatory requirements for serialization and track & trace.
- Strong analytical skills for data validation, issue investigation, and process optimization.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
