ServiceNow IRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• 3+ years relevant experience in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB
• Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS
• Understanding of IRM/GRC areas:
  • Operational Risk Management
  • Audit Management
  • Policy & Compliance
  • Operational Resilience
  • Regulatory Change Management
  • Continuous Authorization & Monitoring
  • Virtual agent/chatbot integrations

Notes

• 10+ positions – Gurgaon preferred (Bangalore & Chennai acceptable)
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Amex office), 2 days remote
