Description
Key Responsibilities
Acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. Responsible for gathering requirements, stakeholder communication, sprint support, UAT activities, and continuous improvement across projects.
Core Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Collaborate with SMEs to elicit and document business, user, and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
2. Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams
- Facilitate requirement clarifications and resolve ambiguities
3. Project Management Support
- Create/manage Jira tasks, define acceptance criteria, support sprint planning
- Act as interim Scrum Master when needed; conduct agile ceremonies
4. Testing & Validation
- Support/lead UAT and formal testing during major releases
- Assist with bug triage and data validation
5. Operational Excellence
- Track progress, identify blockers, ensure timely delivery
- Participate in estimation and prioritization discussions
6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvements and standardization opportunities
