Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Agile SAFe Scrum Master within the Veeva Vault implementation program
- Support the development and maintenance of solution architecture, system administration, security, and operational procedures across the Veeva Vault Platform
- Coordinate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and ensure IT Security and Data Integrity needs are addressed
- Collaborate with Validation teams to prepare Regulatory Applicability Assessments and Regulatory Risk Assessments
- Document specifications, user stories, and system design/configuration specifications
- Manage Veeva environments and system operations
- Guide technical feasibility analysis and ensure deliverables meet compliance and quality expectations
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain sprint discipline for the development team
- Enable solution deployment and team alignment in a GxP-regulated environment
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile SAFe Scrum Master frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Quality, especially QMS/QualityDocs
- Experience setting up and customizing Veeva Vault applications to meet client-specific needs
- Background in developing custom solutions and integrations for enhanced system capabilities
- Proficiency with Veeva Vault functionalities, including workflows, metadata structures, and security settings
- Experience with system integrations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) using APIs, SOAP, and REST
- Skilled in XML, SQL, Java, and JavaScript
- Familiar with SDLC and GxP-validated system delivery processes
- Proven development of cloud-based, validated solutions
Nice to Have
- Veeva QMS Certification
- Experience with end-to-end agile project delivery in regulated environments
- Familiarity with Veeva platform integrations and technical design documentation
