Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solution architecture, system administration, security, and procedures within the Veeva Vault Platform, specifically focused on Complaints.
- Support all development activities under the client’s Quality Veeva program.
- Work with Business Analysts to gather and validate business requirements while ensuring IT Security and Data Integrity compliance.
- Coordinate with the Validation team to prepare Regulatory Applicability Assessments and Regulatory Risk Assessments.
- Document technical specifications, user stories, system design, and configuration documents.
- Conduct technical feasibility analysis and manage Veeva environment activities.
- Develop custom solutions, integrations, workflows, and automation enhancements.
- Ensure seamless integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) using APIs, SOAP, and REST.
