Scrum Master/BA – Cority

Key Responsibilities

• Align teams with project vision, sprint goals, and release objectives
• Facilitate agile development and coach pods for PGS projects
• Communicate impediments to leadership and help clear them for pods
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, communication, and alignment
• Schedule and facilitate Agile ceremonies and partner with Owners for a prioritized backlog

Required Skills

1. Deep Agile Software development (SAFe) experience with Cority (Safety, Occ. Hygiene and Occ. Health) in pharma manufacturing environment is a must
2. JIRA and JIRA Align proficiency
3. Extensive SDLC, cGxP, and regulatory compliance experience
4. Project Management skills in planning, backlog grooming, and daily sprint management
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
6. Agile/DevOps project leadership
7. Technical background in QA Analytics in Pharmaceutical Industry
