Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solution architecture, system administration, security, and procedures within the Veeva Vault Platform, focusing on Change Management.
- Support all development activities under the client’s Quality Veeva program.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and validate requirements while ensuring IT Security and Data Integrity compliance.
- Coordinate with the Validation team to prepare Regulatory Applicability Assessments and Regulatory Risk Assessments.
- Document technical specifications, user stories, system design, and configuration documents.
- Conduct technical feasibility analysis and manage Veeva environment activities.
- Develop custom solutions, integrations, workflows, and automation enhancements.
- Ensure seamless integrations with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) using APIs, SOAP, REST.
Required Skills
- Configuration & customization of Veeva Vault applications
- Strong QMS experience; GxP experience highly preferred
- Custom solution development and integrations
- Workflow development, metadata management, and security configuration
- Integrations via APIs, SOAP, REST
- Technical proficiency: XML, SQL, Java, JavaScript
- Experience developing cloud-based solutions
- Familiar with SDLC and GxP-validated system delivery
- Veeva QMS certification is a strong plus
