Description
Responsibilities
- Perform Veeva development in Audits, Deviations, and Exceptions (ADX) modules.
- Develop and maintain solution architecture, system administration, security, and procedures across the Veeva Vault Platform.
- Support assigned development activities for the Veeva Vault implementation under the leadership of the client’s Quality Veeva team.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to define business requirements and ensure IT security and Data Integrity needs are addressed.
- Coordinate with the Validation team to prepare Regulatory Applicability Assessments and Regulatory Risk Assessments.
- Document specifications, user stories, and system design or configuration documents.
- Conduct technical feasibility analysis of requirements.
- Perform Veeva environment management.
- Develop custom solutions and integrations to automate workflows, enhance system capabilities, and ensure seamless integration with third-party applications.
Required Skills
- QMS – Veeva
- Experience with Configuration and Customization: Setting up and customizing Veeva Vault applications to meet client-specific requirements.
- Veeva Vault Quality Expertise: Strong emphasis on QMS experience; documented certification and experience in a GxP environment is highly preferred.
- Custom Solutions and Integrations: Develop and implement automated workflows and enhance system functionality.
- Development and Implementation: Build and deploy solutions using Veeva Vault functionalities, including workflows, metadata structures, and security settings.
- Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Veeva Vault and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) using APIs, SOAP, and REST.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in XML, SQL, APIs, Java, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience developing cloud-based solutions.
- Familiar with SDLC and the delivery of GxP validated systems.
- Veeva QMS certification is a strong plus.
